Throughout her career, Kimberly has held senior leadership and management positions focused on driving revenue, developing teams and expanding businesses into new markets. As a Florida Regional Manager and Vice President, she has overseen multiple locations and operational teams while working closely with company executives on sales strategy, market expansion and long-term growth. Her experience has given her a strong understanding of what it takes to build relationships, negotiate effectively and deliver results in highly client-focused environments.

Before entering real estate, Kimberly developed a diverse professional background spanning sales management, insurance, business operations and luxury hospitality. Her experience working directly with homeowners, managing complex projects and cultivating lasting client relationships has shaped an approach centered on communication, accountability and exceptional service.

Bilingual in English and Spanish, Kimberly brings an additional level of accessibility and connection to the diverse clients and communities she serves throughout Tampa Bay.
