Fausto was a dream to work with! We had a wonderful experience with him purchasing our first home. He was very straightforward and easy to work with — from walking us through the process and steps to explaining each phase very clearly. He kept us and all of our real estate team/partners (escrow, inspections, mortgage broker etc) very organized. He was clear, concise and quick to respond any time we had any comms. I could not imagine things running any more smoothly than it did especially with a very quick turnaround (less than 2 week escrow)! 10/10 would recommend.
Truly one of a kind experience. Fausto helped my family and I look at houses for months. We are first time home buyers so everything was new from getting financing, to inspections, etc. After about 8 months of looking at houses on and off, we finally found the right one to put an offer into and Fausto made every step easy.
